Terms and Conditions

Creations by Bernie is a custom craft boutique. I do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items. Each Item is handmade, and as such may have small imperfections or variations. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact me to resolve.
I try to ship product every Wednesday. I will do my best to ship in-stock product orders received by end of day Monday, the same week. Custom orders can take 2-4 weeks to create and ship. (longer for some custom items)
Shipping is through USPS priority mail. Not responsible for delays or damage outside of my control.
Custom orders require a 50% down payment upon agreement of the design/acceptance. The remaining 50% is due prior to shipment. Once the deposit is made, and the order is confirmed it becomes non-refundable.
I respect all content copyrights, please don't ask me to create something using copyrighted material without appropriate copy right concessions.
Payment is accepted through PayPal, Square or Cash only. No Checks/CODs.
